It’s official: the run is off but the ride is on! I chatted to Kate Justice this evening on BBC Hereford and Worcester to tell her about the woes of my injury but how we’ve formed a new plan to pedal and paddle our way up the country! A slightly soggier LEJOG and without the bog but with the same aim of travelling from Lands End to John O’Groats under our own steam and raising lots of money for WaterAid along the way.
